Rubber-loving TV - and, my, aren't there a lot of us about?! I have liked all things tight, shiny and squeaky for a long time now, rubberwear especially. I point the glossy, rubber-gloved finger of blame at Barbarella, whom I sneaked a peek at on a telly re-run in all her plastic finery while at a tender age, when by rights the only thoughts of plastic that should have been occupying my pre-pubescent mind would be Airfix model kits of Spitfires, Tiger tanks or the like. Barbarella's world of the future appeared to be made of wet-look plastic... yummm... and I was the never the same again. Clearly being a young 'un in the '70s with the media exposure of big-haired women in skintight PVC and leather a la Hot Gossip, positively dripping make-up (... and that was just the men ;-) ), not to mention UFO and the Blake's 7 girls and so on clearly left it's imprint on yours truly. Surreal French movies with boot fetish scenes also played their part, no doubt. Of course, you young 'uns who who know nothing other than teh interwebz no doubt take such kinks for granted...
Meanwhile, back at the ranch... I bought my first items of rubberwear in 1990. I'm sure that must entitle me to something by now, a medal for perseverance or a carriage clock or the like for long service. I took my first, faltering high-heeled steps out to fetish and TV venues in 1997. Since then I have orbited the fetish scene on and off, including working as a rubber maid at some London fetish clubs a few times (The Gate, The Firm) and private parties a good few years ago. Recent years have been quieter but still with occasional trips to fetish and tranny clubs. Also contributed some b&w illustrations to some fetish magazines in the 90s.
Style wise I go for girly rubber fashions, from classy through uniforms through cheap and slutty with diversions into various other looks along the way. Skirts tend to be of the just-about-thigh-grazing length (when they are on in the first place that is), though I do also have some ankle-length numbers too, including hobble and fishtail numbers.
Dressing up is fun and even more satisfying when I get my act together enough to execute an idea for a particular look. Rubber catsuits are not for me though - it's a great look when it works on others, but it's not a look that does me any favours, sadly, so I don't really go for that myself. But plenty of others looks do, hurrah! As for make-up - I've been slapping that on for years now and seem to have found the look that works for me. It can be a bit unorthodox in application, but it seems to do the trick. If it's not quite working... just add on more. As a quick peek of the pix will show, I do love taking glossy snaps and seem to have a built-in urge to pose.
I am often on Yahoo Messenger, which seems quieter than ever these days. Other parts of the web other pieces of me can be found are;

Bizarrely enough, an archived version of my old GeoCities site that I used to have has been resurrected online and can be seen at http://www.geocities.ws/leanne_ash/ - a bit of a trip back to memory lane for anyone who remembers that... How peculiar.
